Professional 1Qentity serves as art important content in teacher’S career.The
degree of professional identity is of great significance in stabilizing廿1e te锄of
pre8chool teachers,improving the quality ofeducation aIld呻moting t11e professional
developm跖t of teachers·During the first three years of starting廿1e teaching careeL
廿1e d e_gree ofprofessional identity directly affects the passion ofb晒Iming teachers aS
well aS their professional development,therefore it is crucially import姐t.Based on
comprchenslVe analysis of relevant literature,this paper eonducts queS石。加aire
811Ⅳey柚d 1n-d印n1 interviews by combining qualitative and quantitative research
approaches,and probes into the professional identity degree situations of 243
b叼皿ing preschool teachers in Hangzhou.By integrating the investigation resllltS。
the existing proble重ns are highlighted and the underlying reasons are analvzed,on the
basls of whlch relevant countermeasures are proposed.This reSearCh reaches the
following conclusions:
l·l he queStionnaires for professional identity of beginning presch001 teachers
used m thi5。e8earch have proven to possess sound credibility and validity.All
1ndlcato璐haVe met the requirements of surveying.As for credibility,the
questiorillalre’s coefficient of internal consistency stands at 0.925.As for validitⅥthe
s锄cmre of three factors, namely nature of professional aW撇ess, sense of
protessional motivation and sense of professional benefit,has been provell stable
through factor analysis.
2·At pres%t,the overall level of professional identity for b哂nIlillg preSch001
teach盯s m Hangzhou is relatively high,but the level of each factor displays
uneVe。m。88也e。ein·111e value for the sense of professional benefit is the highest
while the value for the sense ofprofessional motivatiOn is the 10west.
