新疆工程学院考查课程结课论文 浅析新疆光伏发电系统逆变技术应用 专业班级： 电气工程12-1班 学生姓名： 刘 晓 峰 任课教师： 何 颖 完成日期： 2014年1月8日 浅析新疆光伏发电系统逆变技术应用 刘晓峰 （新疆工程学院，乌鲁木齐，新疆，830023） 摘要：由于全球能源的逐渐紧张和环境污染的日益严重，清洁的可再生的太阳能越来越受到人们是重视。太阳能既是一次能源，又是可再生能源。它资源丰富，既可免费使用，又无需运输，对环境无任何污染。为人类创造了一种新的生活形态，使社会及人类进入一个节约能源减少污染的时代。光伏板组件是一种暴露在阳光下便会产生直流电的发电装置，由几乎全部以半导体物料(例如硅)制成的薄身固体光伏电池组成。由于没有活动的部分，故可以长时间操作而不会导致任何损耗。简单的光伏电池可为手表及计算机提供能源，较复杂的光伏系统可为房屋提供照明，并为电网供电。全桥逆变电路克服了推挽电路的缺点，功率晶体管调节输出脉冲宽度，输出交流电压的有效值即随之改变。由于该电路具有续流回路，即使对感性负载，输出电压波形也不会变。正弦波输出TU241 文献标识码：A Xinjiang photovoltaic system inverter technology application is analysed Liu Xiao-feng （Xinjiang Institute Of Engineering, Urumqi, Xinjiang, 830023） Abstract: As a result of the global energy gradually tension and the increasing seriousness of environmental pollution, clean renewable solar energy more and more get peoples attention. Solar energy is an energy and renewable energy. It is rich in resources can be free to use, and no transportation, no pollution to the environment. For human to create a new life form, make the social and the modern age when human beings enter a save energy and reduce pollution. Photovoltaic panels component is a kind of exposure in the sun will produce direct current (dc) power generation device, by almost all with semiconductor materials (such as silicon) of thin body is made of solid photovoltaic battery. Because there is no activity, so can long time operation without causing any loss. Simple photovoltaic cells can provide energy for a watch and computer, more complex pv systems can provide lighting for homes, and for the power supply. Full bridge inverter circuit overcomes the drawback of push-pull circuit, power transistor to adjust the output pulse width, the effective value of ac voltage output is changed.
