椎体内植异体骨治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折来源：创新医学网　 　作者：孙立山,王丽国,彭宁宁,冯艳红 作者单位：河北省沧州市中心医院骨一科,河北沧州,061001　【摘要】目的 比较经伤椎椎弓根行椎体内植同种异体骨结合椎弓根内固定系统固定治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折与椎板间植骨结合椎弓根内固定系统固定治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折两种方法疗效的优劣，为临床选择提供依据。方法 回顾性分析2007.07～2008.03沧州市中心医院脊柱外科收治的胸腰椎压缩骨折患者，比较实验组与对照组术后椎体高度矫正程度及临床症状改善等方面的差异性。结果 实验组与对照组患者均获得随访，经伤椎椎弓根行椎体内植同种异体骨结合椎弓根内固定系统固定组即试验组在改善椎体高度、临床症状改善方面均明显优于对照组 (P0.05)。结论 椎弓根内固定系统固定结合经伤椎椎弓根行椎体内植同种异体骨治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折可以很好的恢复伤椎高度，并且能够很好的长期维持术后伤椎的高度，避免远期椎体塌陷。在减少迟发性椎体塌陷导致腰背痛、神经症状出现、矫正度丢失、内固定松动断裂等并发症方面有明显优势。　　【关键词】腰椎骨折,内固定术,植骨,椎弓根钉　【Abstract】　Objective :We compare two processes and see which one is better to provide basis for clinical choice. The first method of treatment for thoracolumbar compression fracture is planting allograft bone into fracture vertebral body through pedicle and fixing pedicle screw systems; the second method is planting allograft bone between the vertebral plates and fixing pedicle screw systems. Methods: The thoracolumbar compression fracture patients in department of spinal surgery of cangzhou central hospital from 2007.07 to 2008.03.were analyzed retrospectively, And otherness were compared between the rapeuticgroup and controlgroup, such as ameliorate of vertebral body height and clinical symptoms. Results: All cases in therapeuticgroup and controlgroup were follow-up visited, we found clinical symptom was significantly improved and vertebral body height was significantly ameliorated in therapeuticgroup compared with controlgroup (p0.05).Conclusion: The method of treatment for thoracolumbar compression fracture that planting allograft bone into fracture vertebral body through pedicle and fixing pedicle screw systems isgood. It can ameliorate fractured vertebral body height significantly, and can maintain fractured vertebral body height in long term after operation, subsidence of vertebral body is avoided. And in this way, rate of back pain、neural symptoms、loss in height、breakage and loosening of internal fixators was reduced.　【Key words】　Vertebral fracture Internal fixation Bonegrafting
