建设产学研一体化新路径 探索协同创新育人新模式 时伟康 （安徽师范大学传媒学院10级文化产业管理专业，安徽芜湖，241000） 【关键词】 传媒学院；产学研一体化；育人新模式；教育改革 【摘要】安徽师范大学传媒学院是一个融新闻、广告、摄影、动画、播音及文化产业管理等一批专业应用性很强的年轻学院。为了提高学院的教育教学质量，培养适应社会需要的应用型创新型人才，我院努力探索“建设产学研一体化新路径，探索协同创新育人新模式”， 积极顺应高等教育改革的发展新趋势。本文以10级文化产业管理专业首届“文化项目”策划大赛为例，探索产学研一体化育人新模式的缘起、运行机制以及其在现实教育教学中所发挥的重要作用。 Constructing the new path of production, teaching and research integration Exploring the new model of collaborative innovation education Shi Weikang (Anhui Normal University, Wuhu City, 241000, China) Key words: the Media College; the Integration of production, learning and research; New mode of education; Education reform Abstract: Anhui Normal University, Institute of media is a blend of news, advertising, photography, animation and audio broadcasting and cultural industries management, a group of professional College of applied .In order to improve the quality of school education, training applied innovative talents to adapt to social needs, our institute explored constructing a new path of production, teaching, and research integration, exploring the new model for collaborative innovation education and actively adapt to the new trends of the reform of higher education. This paper, taking the first cultural project planning contest for example, explored the new model of production, teaching and research integration education, operating mechanism, its origins and the important role it plays in the education in teaching process. 文化产业管理专业本科生是培养知识面宽，能在文化产业领域各行业从事经营管理工作的应用型创新型人才，其培养模式有三个特点：一是以文化产业管理为核心的学科理论；二是以智能实践为基础的实践性教学；三是所培养的人才不仅具有一定的文化创意，而且能解决实际的问题。因此，要求学生除了具备较扎实的专业理论基础之外，还要求学生能够将所学的知识应用转化到实践中去。但传统的教学模式往往偏重课堂上理论知识的灌输，课堂教学学时相对较多，实践教学环节相对薄弱，不利于培养目标的实现。要改变这种现状，应构建产学研一体化教学的新路径和校企协同育人的新模式，以促进学生综合素质的提升。 一、安徽师范大学传媒学院首届“文化项目”创意策划大赛成功举办。 2012年12月，由安徽师范大学传媒学院和经致科技文化传播公司面向我们传媒学院10级文化产业管理专业举办的以校园文化纪念品开发为主题的首届“文化项目”创意策划大赛成功举办。在校、学院领导的高度重视下和在经致公司以征集文化产业管理专业学生关于开发校园纪念品的策划创意为目的的大背景下，我10级文化产业管理专业全体学生在秦宗财老师的精心指导下历经一个多月的辛勤准备和通过经致公司严格筛选，最后入围决赛的6各小组分别呈交了策划书并在传媒学院新闻演
