吴茱萸对大鼠肝线粒体呼吸功能的影响 吴玉霞（江西中医学院330004） 黄丽萍（江西中医学院药学院330004） 中文摘要 目的：本试验尝试从给药组与空白组表征大鼠肝脏线粒体呼吸功能各指标变化的角度，探索吴茱萸对机体呼吸功能的调控机制，以证实吴茱萸对大鼠肝脏线粒体呼吸功能的影响。方法：采用Clark氧电极法测定大鼠肝脏线粒体在密闭反应体系中耗氧的变化，以确定线粒体耗氧速率。结果：与空白组比较，给药组有较高的RCR，差异显著。结论：吴茱萸组通过加快Ⅲ态呼吸耗氧速率，降低Ⅳ态耗氧速率而提高RCR。 关键词 吴茱萸； 肝脏线粒体； 呼吸功能 ABSTRACT Purpose:To prove the effect of Evodia rutaecarpa on the respiratory system of mitochondria in mouse liver,the indes of these have been detected,and also the Regulatory mechanism.Methods:The Clark oxygen electrode is used to test the change of oxygen ,which consumed by mitochondrium in mouse liver ,to calculate
