PAGE 基于Mold flow的电话机听筒上盖注塑模具优化设计 摘 要 进入新世纪模具行业正在以前所未有的速度迅猛发展,热流道技术正凭借无废料,塑件质量好,注塑周期短等优势在塑料模领域得到广泛的应用,但随之而来的结构复杂,参数难控制等因素制约着热流道技术的推广。在塑料手机上盖的注塑模具设计中,首先按照传统方式确定注塑机型号、模架大小、浇注系统尺寸等,然后采用软件中的MPI/Flow模块进行初次仿真,对仿真结果进行分析,如,填充时间、熔体前沿的温度、气穴及熔接痕位置等。因为手机上盖是表面件,对外观质量要求较高,所以要对分析结果进行改善,通过改变浇注系统尺寸、模具型腔布局、调整工艺参数并对手机上盖塑件进行二次仿真,再次查看分析结果,得到较为理想的模具设计。最后按照优化方案利用Pro/Engineer模具设计模块完成手机上盖整体模具设计,其中包括手机上盖模具三维整体设计,和利用Pro/Engineer工程图模块来完成型腔组件和模板零件工程图,还有以PDF格式打印出型腔组件和模板的零件工程图。 关键词:注塑模具;模流分析;优化设计;浇注系统; 冷却系统; 英文摘要(英文) The plastic injection mold Optimization of the telephone cover about mold flow ABSTRACT Entering the new century mold industry has been the rapid development of an unprecedented rate, hot runner technology used widely with good quality plastic parts short injection molding cycle and other advantages of a wide range of applications , in the plastic injection mold design of the telephone cover , first of all according to the traditional way determined the mold of injection machine, mold size, dimensions of the gating system, and then use the software in the MPI / Flow module do the first simulation, analyzed the simulation results such as the filling time, the temperature of the melt front, gas points and weld line location.
