摘 要 自信息化在传统企业的生产与管理中的应用日益深入和广泛以来，虚拟企业联盟的形成为企业经营活动带来新的生机和活力，同时也带来了巨大的挑战；与此同时，伴随虚拟企业理论的不断深化，传统虚拟企业“强强联合”的思维，基于核心能力的虚拟企业伙伴选择方法在全球供应链环境下表现得毫无意义。因此，如何适应虚拟企业运作的要求，成为当前理论研究的热点。 本文着重讨论内容包括以下部分：相关文献的分析与研究。论文主要分析了供应链相关理论、虚拟企业的基本含义与理论、虚拟企业的基础理论和虚拟企业的运作模式。并对虚拟企业的合作模式进行重点分析，合作模式的选择因素，合作模式中存在的问题，对于加强企业合作生产模式、质量协作模式的一些解决方法。 最后，论文在分析研究基础上，提出了对于加强虚拟企业合作的对策建议。 关键词：虚拟企业；合作模式；供应链 Abstract Since the information in the traditional enterprise production and management of the increasingly deeper and broader since the formation of virtual enterprise Union for the business activities bring new vigor and vitality, but also bring a huge challenge at the same time, with Virtual Enterprise Theory of constant deepening of the traditional virtual enterprise combination of thinking, based on the core competencies of the virtual enterprise partner selection method in the global supply chain performance in the environment is meaningless.
