On the underachievers quality education should focus on the implementation of the ideological quality education, psychological quality education, learning skills education, practical education, innovation education, so as to promote quality education of the backward students . 主题词：后进生 素质 教育 Key words: quality education of the backward students “后进生”通常由于这样或那样的原因，没有树立正确的人生观，思想品德不规范，没有养成良好的学习习惯，学习成绩差，动手能力不强，没有自信心，更谈不上创新意识和创新精神。去年开始笔者担任我校几个班的“后进生”集中起来组成的特殊班级──“综合技能班”班主任工作，在这短短一年时间里，我大力推进素质教育，“综合技能班”的所有同学精神面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化，文化成绩、操作能力有很大提高，全班大多数同学通过了“江苏省计算机中级考试”，多人参加省市体育比赛、全省文娱汇演、计算机网页制作比赛并获奖，受到学校和学生家长一致好评，收到良好的效果。根据一年的实践，笔者认为“后进生”是可以教育好的，而且可以在“后进生”中全面开展素质教育。下面谈一谈在“后进生”中进行素质教育的感受。 Underachiever is usually due to one reason or another, not to establish a correct outlook on life, moral character is not standardized, no good study habits, poor academic performance, ability is not strong, lack of confidence, not to mention the innovative consciousness and innovative spirit.
