有关“后进生”的全面素质教育的探析中英文对照

人的素质是历史的产物,又给历史以巨大影响。一个国家,一个社会人的整体素质很大程度决定了它的文明程度。我们国家大力倡导素质教育,但人们在进行素质教育中容易忽视对“后进生”的素质教育。对“后进生”进行素质教育应着重实施思想素质教育、心理素质教育、学习技能教育、实践技能教育、创新意识教育,这样可以全面推进“后进生”的素质教育。
The quality of people is a product of history, but also to the historical impacts. A country heavily, the overall quality of a society determines its civilized degree. Our country vigorously advocate quality education, but the people in the quality education in easy to overlook the quality education of the backward students . On the underachievers quality education should focus on the implementation of the ideological quality education, psychological quality education, learning skills education, practical education, innovation education, so as to promote quality education of the backward students .

“后进生”通常由于这样或那样的原因,没有树立正确的人生观,思想品德不规范,没有养成良好的学习习惯,学习成绩差,动手能力不强,没有自信心,更谈不上创新意识和创新精神。去年开始笔者担任我校几个班的“后进生”集中起来组成的特殊班级──“综合技能班”班主任工作,在这短短一年时间里,我大力推进素质教育,“综合技能班”的所有同学精神面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化,文化成绩、操作能力有很大提高,全班大多数同学通过了“江苏省计算机中级考试”,多人参加省市体育比赛、全省文娱汇演、计算机网页制作比赛并获奖,受到学校和学生家长一致好评,收到良好的效果。根据一年的实践,笔者认为“后进生”是可以教育好的,而且可以在“后进生”中全面开展素质教育。下面谈一谈在“后进生”中进行素质教育的感受。
