广州市建斋区餐饮赢务业污染特征及其调控探究 本文以广东省广州市越秀区餐饮业的废水和废油脂污染特征作为主要 研究对象。通过实地调查越秀区餐饮业的分布情况及污染情况，实地采样 监测越秀区不同用水量的餐饮业废水排放情况，定量分析越秀区餐饮业废 水污染时空分布特征、废油脂污染特征及污染现状，在此基础上分析废水 中BODs与CODcr的相关性，提出越秀区不同档次餐饮业废水中cODo的 排放系数，并预测近中期越秀区废油脂产生量。 本文在对越秀区废水污染特征和废油脂污染现状分析的基础上，从环 境与管理角度出发，根据区域复合生态系统理论，尝试提出总量控制与浓 度控制相结合管理——建立不同档次污染排放系数数据库、量化分级管理、 采用行政和信息手段相结合、全过程控制等措施加强对餐饮业环境管理与 污染调控对策；对废油脂的管理，参照危险废物的管理措施，建立废油脂 排放——回收——加工——利用管理系统化的废油脂污染调控对策。 关键词：餐饮业，废水，废油脂，环境管理 Ⅱ The pollution characteristics and the control research on the catering trade in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City Major：Environmental Science Name：Wang Xiong Supervisor：Associate Professor Chen Binglu ABSTRACT With the development of economy and the change of industrial structure， catering trade as an old trade，new industry，has the good momentum of development，takes up an increasingly large percentage of the national economy, the local economy,and the contribution rate of the economy．The envkonment is widely and profoundly impacts with the rapid development of catering trade． According to incomplete statistics，the Chinese catering trade annually discharges of untreated wastewater to 100 million ton，and it has a growing trend；and according to the writer’S preliminary statistics，in 2006 Chinese oil waste generated about 200 million ton per year The problems of the artificial clean—up of grease traps and the collection and the usage of waste edible oil has become the hot topics in many cities in China．Catering trade has become another special form of environmental pollution after industrial pollution and a new issue of the parallel process of urban economic development and environmental protection．Solving the pollution problems of the catering trade has become one of outstanding environmental problems in China． Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City，as the old town，develops mainly in the catering trade．Complaints of the pollution from the masses are hot．Pollution III 广州市越秀区餐饮服务业污染特征及其调控探究 problem of catering trade has become the aspect can not be overloo
