And its concept has impacted on more and more countries and areas. Taiwan as a special area also faces many challenges and opportunities. If people want corporate to have longer development, strength the corporate governance mechanism so as to improve international competitiveness has been states and areas’ good ideas. This passage talks the definition and some related knowledge of corporate governance and through these contents extend to the problems of Taiwan’s corporate. Referring to the problems we give some advices. In the end, we get the conclusion. To develop the corporate, we must accelerate the building of laws and regulations. Reform the old system and build the new system that meets the orientation. Put independent director system on an important location. Only we solute these problems, walk on the same track with the world, that we could let the corporate develop longer, and prompt the economics.
