广西大掌农业推广硕士掌位论文 广东花卉产业发晨现状及应对策略分析 Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasure of the Flowers and Plants Industry in Guangdong Bi Zhijian (College ofAgriculture，Guangxi University,Nanning 530004，China) ABSTRACT In recent years，而th the continuous optimization of the agricultural structure in Guangdong，flower industry development was strong．It had played an important role for speeding up the benefit agricultural development in Guangdong and increasing farmers’income．The development of the flower industry in Guangdong were studied in this paper,and the results are as follows． (1)This paper analyzed the development present situation of flower industry in Guangdong from the following aspects．First，the important meaning of flower industry development in Guangdong；Second，the achievement of flower industry development in Guangdong；Third，the faced situation and opportunities of flower industry development in Guangdong． (2)The flower industry development in Guangdong had the following advantages．First，the climate conditions are right；Second，driving effects of economic development were obvious；Third，driving effects social development were obvious． (3)The flower industry development in Guangdong had the following the existing problems．First，the production mode was backward，the resist risk ability was weak；Second，science and technology innovation ability was not strong，overall technical level was low；Third，the flower industry professionals should improve the quality；Fourth，the regulation management of flower industry development should strengthen；Fifth，policy support strength was not enough，industry development was insufficient in the future． II (4)To speed up flower industry development in Guangdong countermeasures had the following aspects．First，accelerate the standardization of flower production and the scale of flower business；Second，perfect the system of science and technology, provide the technical support；Third，strengthen the flower industry human resources management
