CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF ENGINEERING DESIGN AND EQUIPMENT， AND SUPERVISION AND COMMISSIONING CONTRACT This contract is made and entered into on this ___________day of _________, at ____________ by and between:___________________________, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines with business address at____________, Philippines herein represented by_________________________, duly –authorized for this purpose ( hereinafter referred to as the BUYER) and ____________________, a corporation organized and existing under the law of ___________, with business address at _______________________, herein represented by _____________, duly _ authorized for this purpose ( hereinafter referred to as the SELLER).
