石斑鱼人工育种和养殖技术 郑虹燕 C09生科 学号：091303116 （浙江海洋学院东海科学技术学院 舟山 浙江 316004） 摘要：石斑鱼属于鮨100余种，世界上的暖水海域均有分布。我国产的石斑鱼约有廿多种，主要分布在东海和南海，常见的有青石斑鱼(土鲐) 、鲑点石斑鱼(红鲐)、赤点石斑鱼等。石斑鱼为肉食性、底栖性鱼类，多栖息于热带及温带底质多岩礁的海域，进行深浅涸游，但活动范围甚小，喜欢吞食鱼类和虾类，具有生长快、个体大、肉质嫩等特点，其茜养丰富，经济价值高，体色美，深受国内外市场的欢迎，在港澳地区被视为吉祥之物，享有上等佳肴之美称。目前，在香港，重600克左右的石斑鱼售价达200元港元，若遇传统假节日， 售价更高，是一种竞争能力较强的创汇品种。就目前的生产水平看，石斑鱼养殖虽然投资较大，但生产效益高， 一般投入产出比是1·4许，且时问短，收效快，技术容易掌握。因此，是值得发展的养殖品种。 关键词：习性；人工育苗；采捕；养殖方法 Artificial breeding and breeding technique of Epinephelus Hongyan Zheng C09 Biology Science No. 091303116 (Zhejiang Ocean University East China Institute of Technology Zhoushan Zhejiang 316004) Grouper：Epinephelus belong to self, the types are more than 100 species, the world of warm water are the distribution of.
