Abstract Fabric dyeing is one of the traditional industries in China,which has long been regarded as the most competitive business.As a member of this field,Yinchen Textile Co.Ltd.need some effective managemem measures to establish its competitive status.In the era of“Human·Oriented”,advantage in human resources is the key fact in one’S SUCCESS.Incentive mechanism,salary system and performance appraisal,are the three main managing methods in Human Resource Managemem for innovating,remaining and bestirring employees.Most of甜l-practical performance appraisal is the basis for the effective HR management. Performance managemem is defined here as a formal,structured system of measuring, evaluating,and influencing all employee’S job-related attributes,behaviors,and outcomes, as well as level of absenteeism,to discover how productive the employee is and whether he or she Can perform as or more effectively in the future,SO that the employee,the organization,and society all benefit.Performance appraisal has two top uses,one is administration,such嬲in salary,another is development feedback rank. The newly established performance management system,which is fit for the Yinchen, is basing on the mass work of investigation.And the syStem Was also passed the testing operation in the 8m producing month in Yinchen.And the system does show the practical value.Meanwhile,the feedback from the operation also elevate the system to reach its top efficiency.This thesis is the combination ofHR theories and the practice,it leads the HR management of Yinchen to be more reasonable and modem.
