组合法兰风管组装说明 Assembled Flange Plate Wind Pipe Specification 组合法兰风管具有安装迅速，节约材料25%、节约人工费30%、节约工期25%~35%的特点。（The assembled flange plate can be installed quickly, saves materials 25%, 30% of the labor fee and 25-30% of the work period.） 风管咬口及附件结构形式（Wind pipe cling and its accessories structures ） 组装步骤：（Steps in installation） 风管散料的组装，应先根据散料上的标识，将同一编号的散料，摆放在一起，然后按照图纸的结构形式组装，同时保证两端法兰对齐。（ the assembly of the separated parts of the wind pipes, first the marks on the separated parts are recognized, set the parts of the same numbers together before installing them by the structures on the technical papers, meanwhile keep the flange plate in order or match together. ） 角件组装时，应在角件的内角处，粘贴密封胶条，长度约30mm，以能够把风管四角处密封为准。（ Seal the angle parts by their inner angles when assembling the angle parts, the length should be around 30mm to guarantee the seal the inner angles.） 密封胶条的粘贴位置，应在风管法兰表面的沟槽上粘贴，胶条不允许突出到风管内。每对法兰连接处有一个法兰粘贴胶条即可。（ Seal the grooves on the flange plate, the seal should not go into the wind pipe.
