螺栓球节点封板自动冲压模具 （冲压自动送料机构设计） 摘要：现今的社会是高速发展的社会，随着生产力的不断提高，企业也要求不断的提升自己的生产能力，只有这样才能赢得时机，创造财富。 为了满足现代企业越来越高的生产要求，自动送料装置被越来越多的用进了生产实践。自动送料装置有很多种类型：机械手式的，液压式的，气压式的等等。它们的工作目的都是相同的，就是实现生产的自动化，减少工作人员的数量，提高工作的效率。 本课题对JA21-160型压力机的结构和传动部件进行设计及其改进，使得企业可以减少生产成本，提高生产率。首先对其工作台进行改进。在工作台里放入一个间歇运动机构，使得机床可以实现冲压的自动送料。同时改进压力机的传动部件，在曲轴上引出一个链轮组，使压力机的运动从曲轴直接传递给工作台下的间歇运动机构，从而带动拨料器，实现自动送料。经过改进后，压力机大大减少了运行成本，提高了生产效率。 关键词：自动送料装置；压力机；间歇运动机构；链轮 Automatic ramming mold of the closing board of bolt ball pitch point (The design of Ramming feed control organization) Abstract: Today the society develops in a high speed, along with the productive forces unceasingly, the enterprise also need to promote their productivity. Thus these enterprises can win the opportunity, and create wealth. In order to satisfy more and more highly production demand, the automatic feed device will be used in the production practice. The automatic feed device has many types: the style of machinery, the style of hydraulic pressure, the style of barometric pressure. Their work goal is the same as to realize the automation of the production, reduce the quantity of staffs, and enhance the efficiency of the work. This topic carries on the design and the improvement to the JA21-160 press structure and the transmission part, which causes the enterprise to reduce the production cost and improves the productivity. First we make the improvement to its work table and put an intermittent motion mechanism in the work table. The engine bed can realize the ramming feed control. Simultaneously we improve the transmission part of the press, to draw out a chain wheel group on the crank and cause the movement of the press directly to transmit from the crank for the intermittent motion mechanism under the work table which drives the device of the dials material and realizes feed control. After the process improvement, the machine reduces the movement cost greatly, and improves the production efficiency. Key words: Automatic feed devic
