节前安全提醒各位同事,Dear All,黄金周即将来临，同时门店也将再次迎来销售高峰。总部AP友情提示各位管理层，希望大家在重视销售的过程中也给予以下安全问题同样的关注：Since Golden Week comes closer, at the same time another sales peak we will face. Therefore, AP would like to remind all the management to pay equal attention to safety issues when you focus on sales.一 设备安全? Equipment Safety电梯是否能够正常使用，出现的故障是否已经得到了维修，《安全检验合格证明》是否在有效期内；Please confirm that if the elevator is in normal use, and the breakdown has been maintained and also the “Safety Inspection Certification” is within the valid period.?液叉车、梯子等是否能够正常使用，已损坏的是否得到了及时维修；Please confirm that if the pallet jacks, ladders are in normal use,?and the damaged ones have been repaired in time.配电机柜/房等重要设备/设施是否处于锁起状态并由专人进行操作；Please confirm that if the power distribution room\cabinet are locked and are operated by the professional staffs.二.建筑安全 Construction Safety墙面、地面、吊顶等是否已经出现了结构性的损坏，是否已经维修和告知物业；If there have any structural damages on walls, floors, ceilings, etc. please notice the property management and maintain timely.三.商品安全 Product Security各种防盗设备是否能够进行正常工作；Please confirm that if all the Anti-theft devices are in normal use;商品保护指南是否得到了有效执行；Please confirm that if Asset Protection Guideline is effectively used.对易盗类商品是否进行了特殊防护；Please confirm that if the easily stolen products are under special protection.员工是否对防盗设备报警进行了快速响应；Please confirm that if the staffs can make rapid response to the anti-theft alarm device四.环境/卫生安全 Environment\ Health Safety电源插座是否有损坏，损坏的插座是否得到了及时更换；Please confirm that if the power sockets have any damages, and please replace the damaged ones timely;? 门店电源总开关是否能够使用，通道是否堵塞；Please confirm that if the stores’ power switches are in normal use, and the passageways are Unblocked各类悬挂物，如灯具、招牌、吊顶等是否有脱落的危险，是否已经进行加固；Please confirm that if every pedant is fixed firmly;防盗卷帘是否能够正常开启和关闭；Please confirm that if the security shutters can open and close normally;卫生特别是地面清洁是否能够一直保持标准；Please confirm that if the sanitation, especially the ground cleanness always maintains the sanitation standards;是否存在地毯收边
