喷号机的维护项目及分工 一、MARKING HEAD Maintenance Schedule 喷印头的日常保养 Daily maintenance: 每日保养（轧钢） ? Clean the outside of the spray nozzle with solvent; 1、用清洗液清干净喷嘴外的油漆。 ? Clean the marking head with solvent. 2、用清洗液清干净喷印头。 Weekly maintenance: 周保养 ? All the points mentioned above; 1、上诉内容包括在内。 ? Check all pipes, hoses and connections inside or on the marking head for leakage and or damage. 2、检查所有管路，接头和皮套是否有泄漏和损坏。（轧钢、机修） （轧钢负责日常点检，管路的更换及防护由机修人员负责） One monthly maintenance: 每月保养 ? Clean the measuring pin with solvent; 用清洗液清干净测试杆。（将整个测试单元查下，彻底清洗后再回装，这样更有利于测试杆的正常工作。）（机修） Six monthly maintenance: 六个月保养 ? All the points mentioned above; 1、上诉内容包括在内。 ? Replace the hoses/cables from the marking head to the mounting plate; 2、更换喷印头到油漆柜的所有油漆管和通讯线。（机修、电气） ? Replace the Measuring pin search switch 3、更换测试杆的微动开关。（电气） ? Replace the Temperature switch 4、更换温度开关。（电气） ? Replace the needle, paint nozzle and seals of the spray unit; 5、更换喷射单元的顶针，喷嘴和密封件。（轧钢） 二、PAINT CABINET Maintenance instructions. 　　油漆柜的日常保养 Daily maintenance: 每日保养（轧钢） ? Check paint level and operation of mixing gear; 1、检查油漆液位和搅拌器的运作。 ? Check the pressure settings in the paint cabinet; 2、检查油漆柜内设置的空气和油漆压力。 Weekly maintenance: 周保养 ? Check all pipes, hoses and connections for leakage or damage. 检查所有管路，接头和皮套是否有泄漏和损坏。（轧钢、机修） （轧钢负责日常点检，管路、接头和皮套的更换及防护由机修人员负责） Monthly maintenance: 月保养 ? Lubricate the paint pump. 油漆泵的润滑。（机修） Three monthly maintenance: 季保养 ? Clean or if necessary replace the filter element of the filter regulators (20) according to the NORGREN instructions. See mechanical vendor items. 1、清洗或更换总空气调节阀的过滤滤芯。（机修） ? Clean or if necessary replace the filter element of the paint filter (26) according to the GRACO instructions. See mechanical vendor items. 2、清洗或更换总油漆系统中的过滤器滤芯。（机修） Yearly maintenance: 年保养 ? Revise the paint pump. 1、更换油漆泵。（机修）
