Scope 范围 1.1 This practice covers the examination procedures for the contact, pulse-echo ultrasonic examination of heavy steel forgings by the straight and angle-beam techniques. 本惯例包含了通过直探头和斜探头的重型锻造钢的接触和回波探伤测试的程序。 1.2 This practice is to be used whenever the inquiry, contract, order, or specification states that forgings are to be subject to ultrasonic examination in accordance with ASTM Practice A 388. 这份惯例在当询盘、合同、订单或明细中声明锻造钢需要根据ASTM A 388进行探伤测试时使用。 1.3 The values stated in either inch-pound or SI units are to be regarded as the standard.
