论新能源、可再生能源与国家政策 摘 要：由于可再生能源的研究和开发需要大量的资金投入，使用成本仍高于传统能源，因此，必须依靠政府的干预才可以得到推广。我国目前新能源与可再生能源中存在的问题主要表现在两个方面：一是政府干预不足，二是政府干预过度。我国新能源与可再生能源应对能源短缺和环境问题 关键词：可再生能源；　　 Abstract：Due to the new energy, picking and renewable energy research and development need a lot of capital investment, use cost is higher than the traditional energy, therefore, must rely on the governments intervention can get promotion.
