One: take medicine Principle：making the function of the human body converted（转变） to something like gold and silver, and attmpting to change the physical temperament（气质） and prolonging（延长） their life by the medicine. 一丹下肚，立地奋羽飞升。——干宝 Two: Practice Qigong Principle：people change their constitution（体质） by absorbing the essence（精华） of the universe and becoming immortalization(不朽）。 種種之名 不過神歸氣穴 混而為一 交結成丹——from the Internet Three: Study Philosophy Principle：through the deep study of objects, they have knowledge of nature and earth, and be in harmony of universe , then eternal existence(存在).
