* 一、 Teaching aims: 1、Knowledge aims: one/ two/ three/ four/ five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. How old are you? One, two, three, four, five…ten. What are they? Pupils can ask questions about numbers. The first period 四、Teaching procedure 1、Greetings. 2、Warm-up Sing a song. (Ten little Indian boys) 3、Revision. Hold up a pencil and ask, “What’s this?” Elicit, “It’s a pencil.” Say, “That’s right. How many pencils? ” Say, “There is one pencil.” Present the number word one, and have the children repeat after teacher. Repeat the procedure and present the numbers two, three, four, and five. Review the numbers by holding up different numbers of pencils and eliciting the number from the children in a choral drill, then from individual children. Teacher shows picture of six and read it, leads kids repeat after the teacher, then ask kids to show their finger and follow teacher to write down the word, teacher reads it three times,lets kids read group by group, boys and girls, then calls kids read it individually. Teacher asks: “How many dots?” Elicit, “Six dots.” Have kids review the structure, “How many…?” “Six/ seven/…” . Teacher asks: “Do you know how many days in a week?” (Teach seven) Then repeat the above way to teach kids how to read and spell the words( eight, nine, ten).
