And this lesson is mainly about the six new words as well as the sentence pattern “There is/are … in the room.” And this is the first period of this unit, so it is very important to learn this lesson well to make a good consolidation for the following lessons. 2. Analysis of learning condition The students in Grade 5 are both mentally and physically active. They are eager to show and express themselves and gain the praise from the teacher.
