30. Pneumatic tires (Passenger vehicle) 充氣輪胎（轎車）R30: This regulation cover new pneumatic tires designed primarily, but not only, for vehicles in categories M1,O1 and O2. It does not apply to tires designed for (a) the equipment of vintage cars (b) competitions.
