细胞角蛋白19-2G2与肺癌血清学检测其他指标的关系 摘要 目的：探讨细胞角蛋白19-2G2 CK19-2G2 与肺癌血清学检测其他指标的关系。方：去：用化学发光免疫分析法测定71例肺癌患者血清CK19-2G2的水平，并同步检测临床肿瘤诊断常用的血清学指标CEA、NSE、Cyfra211水平，与52例肺部良性疾病和40例健康体检者进行对照比较。结果：肺癌组血清CK19-2G2水平显著高于肺部良性疾病组和健康对照组 均P 0.01 ；肺部良性疾病组和健康对照组之间无统计学意义、相关分析显示，肺癌患者血清CK19-2G2水平与CEA、NSE、Cyfa211呈正相关性 r 0.234，P 0.0l；r 0.272，P 0.01；r 0．529，P 0.01 、CK192G2针对肺癌的诊断效率为84.05％ ，高于CEA、NSE和cyfra21l 结论：CK19-2G2与临床常见的肿瘤血清学检测指标CEA、NSE、Cyfra211相关，为一种新的辅助诊断肺癌的血清标记物．其针对肺癌的诊断效率高于CEA、NSE和Cvfa211。 关键词 肺肿瘤；细胞角蛋白19-2G2；诊断 The relations between CK19-2G2 and the other serologic markers of lung cancer diagnosis QIAN Zhi-ping，PAN Meizhen. Research Laboratory，Guangji Hospital，Suzhou 215008，China 【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the relations between CK19-2G2 and the other serologic markers of lung cancer diagnosis. Methods Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect the level of serum CK19-2G2 in 71 patients with lung cancer，52 patients with benign lung diseases and 40 healthy individuals. The CEA，NSE and Cyfa211 were detected simultaneously. Results The levels of serum CK19-2G2 in patients with lung cancer were significant higher than that in healthy control groups and benign lung diseases groups all P 0.01 . There was not significant difference between the healthy control group and benign lung disease group. Correlation analysis results suggested that the serum CK19-2G2 levels in patients with lung cancer were positively related to CEA，NSE and Cyfra211 r 0.234，P 0.01；r 0.272，P 0.O1；r 0.529，P O.01 . The diagnostic efficiency of CK19-2G2 to lung cancer was 84.05％，and it higher than that of CEA ，NSE and Cyfra211.
