国内非营利组织（NGO）人才队伍建设探索 ——以南昌市崛美行动公益发展中心崛美 学院为例 内 容 摘 要 NGO（非营利组织）作为社会第三部门的主要载体和组织形式，在当前各个国家经济、社会、文化的发展中，乃至全球的事务不断扮演越来越重要的角色，而NGO的发展与崛起也提供了未来人才的就业与发展的一个新平台。目前国内NGO的发展以及其人才队伍建设因处于行业发展初期，均存在一系列问题。本课题就将聚焦国内NGO人才队伍建设中的问题，并以中部地区南昌市崛美行动公益发展中心，一个成功人才队伍建设模式为例，在对其进行全面、系统的访谈和调研之后，对调查搜集到的大量资料进行分析、综合、比较、归纳，分析了其人才队伍建设的成效及困境，并有针对性地提出了改善人才队伍建设的若干对策。在此基础上，以此个案分析为例，折射出完善当前我国NGO人才队伍建设的路径与策略。 关键词：NGO（非营利组织） 人才队伍建设 路径研究 Abstract NGO (Non Governmental Organisation) ,as the main vector and organization form of the social third department , is playing a more and more important role in the current development of economy , society ,and culture of each country. Yet the development and sharp rise of NGO also provide a new platform for the talent s employment and development in the future . Now there exists a series of problem of the NGOs development and talent team building . This topic focuses on the problem of talent team building in NGO ,and take Jue Mei Action Public Benefit Center in midland, a model who is successful in talent team building , as example .After overall and systematic interviews and surveys ,we analyse , comprehensive, compara and conclude the plentiful datas collected , and promote several strategies on improving talent team building accordingly .Taking individual case as example ,then it reflect the way and strategy of perfecting the talent team building of NGO currently .
