摘要 本文介绍的是一种双金属线材自动绕装机设计。绕装机是双金属线生产中最后环节封装时需要的设备，其目的是把生产出来的双金属线缠绕成卷，便于运输、销售。针对金属线材的绕制还普遍采用半人工半自动化的方式。本次设计对线材张紧力难以控制，卷筒装拆困难等问题进行了设计完善，实现了自动化，提高了生产效率。 绕线机是由张紧部分、排线部分、绕线部分以及控制部分组成。 张紧力是通过摩擦盘的制动作用产生的，可以通过控制两压紧盘间的挤压力来调整张紧力的大小。排线部分是由步进电机、刚性联轴器、滚珠丝杠构成。安装在滚珠丝杠上的螺母可以将丝杠的旋转运动转化为工作台的直线运动，完成金属线的往复运动。绕线部分是由三相异步电动机、减速器和辅助支撑部分组成。辅助支撑部分是由安装在支撑轴下部的滑动丝杠所驱动的。辅助支撑轴的往复运动，保证了卷筒有一定的空间装拆。整个设备是采用微机控制，设备中还装有霍尔元件，光电传感器，红外线发射管以及其他光电元件。 随着电子工业的发展,线圈的需求量越来越大、线圈使用已经遍及人类生活用品的方方面面,本绕装机有很大的实用价值和前景，发展潜力是很大的。 关键词：绕装机 张紧 自动排线 光电传感器 ABSTRACT This article introduces a kind of bimetal automatic winding machine’s design. The winding machine is the equipment which is used in the final link of the bimetallic conductor production . Its goal is to twine the bimetallic conductor into volume, which is advantageous for the transportation and sale. the system of circling bimetallic conductor stays at using half artificial semiautomatic way, This design carries on the consummation, aiming directly at the difficulties in line material tensioning force, reel assembling and dismantling questions and so on have. It has realized the automation, and enhanced the production efficiency. The winding machine is constituted with the tightening part, the platoon line part, the winds thread part as well as the control section. The tensioning force is produced through the friction disc brake action, and it can control the extrusion pressure between the two impacted plates to adjust the tensioning force. The platoon line part is composed of step-by-steps the electrical machinery, the rigid shaft coupling, and the ball bearing guide screw. The nut installed on the ball bearing guide screw may transform the guide screw’s rotary motion into the work table’s translation, completing bimetallic conductor’s reciprocal motion.The winds thread part is composed of the three-phase asynchronous motor, the reduction gear and the assistance support part.
