In 1913, the automobile industrial company of American Ford installed the first process automatic line of automobile spare parts, in order to solve anticipating and delivering a workpiece up and down of the automatic line and the automatic machine, they adopted the appropriative manipulator to replace man to anticipate and deliver a workpiece up and down. It is thus clear that, the appropriation manipulator was appeared as an accessorial device of the automatic machine and the auto line. Along with the development of the industrial automation, the application of the manipulator is incessant extend in the domestic and international. At present, in the production industry and other realms, because of the demand for work, people are usually subjected by heat, decay and poisonous air etc, and increasing the workers labor strength, even endangering of life. But since the manipulator published, all kinds of difficult problems are solving easily. The manipulator can grasp, put, transport object and act in the space vivid and diverse, is applicable to middle and small quantity of automation produce. The manipulator is usually made of the material of heat-resistant and anti- decay, in order to adapt bad environment of the spot, and lowering the workers labor strength consumedly, raising the work efficiency. This test combines a special spare part which is produced to assemble the effective demand of the process on line, and matches with the fitting workpiece of pushing machine, designs a special manipulator.
