盐 城 师 范 学 院 毕业论文(设计) 2012 －2013 学年度 基于PLC的高层建筑自动供水系统的 设计 学生姓名 陈海波 学 院 物理科学与电子技术学院 专 业 电气工程及其自动化 班 级 09（5） 学 号 指导教师 陈杰 2013年5月20日 基于PLC的高层建筑自动供水系统的 设计 摘要 本课题是在充分研究供水系统工作原理的基础上，根据某住宅小区的供水需求，设计的一套由OMRON CP1H PLC、变频器、压力传感器、水泵机组等构成的变频恒压供水系统。该系统采用PID闭环控制算法，将采集的供水管网水压与水压预设值比较，利用PLC内的PID指令可根据二者偏差给出调节量，调节变频器的输出频率，调节电机转速，维持水压恒定。系统可以实现自动变频和自动工频运行等功能,有自动报警功能。同时在分析变频供水原理的基础上完成主电路和控制电路的设计，对硬件设备进行选型，设计出主程序的控制梯形图。利用MATLABLE仿真得出PID控制的初步参数以及系统的模拟调试运行。 【关键字】 PLC；PID；变频调速；恒压供水 Design of high-rise building water supply system base on PLC Abstract This topic，which is based on full understanding of the water supply system works and the water demand in some area, is designed by a constant pressure water supply which is constituted by OMRON CP1H PLC， inverter, pressure sensors, pumping unit， and other major equipment．The system uses PID closed-loop control algorithm，compares the acquisition of water supply pipe network water pressure and the actual pressure settings，the comes with PID regulator can adjust the amount which is given based on the deviation between the two amounts，in order to regulate the inverters frequency, so it can adjust the motor speed to ensure a constant water pressure．The system has functions like automatic variable frequency and automatic power frequency，etc． it has automatic alarm function.．At the same time, Designing and making the main circuit and control circuit based on the analysis on the principle of frequency conversion water supply，making selection of hardware devices，Designing the control ladder diagram of the main program.
