目 录 一：工程的重要性 二：施工步骤及方法 三：注意事项 四：外墙真石漆施工工艺 四、外墙真石漆施工工艺 1、施工工序墙面检查修补清理→墙面批腻子施工→抗碱封闭底涂施工→主涂层真石漆施工→修理勾缝→透明照光油施工→清理场地。2、面要求平整、干燥（有10天以上养护期），无浮尘、油脂及沥青等油污，墙基PH值10，含水率10%，并对整体墙面进行检查，是否有空鼓现象，并对多孔质、粗糙表面进行修补打磨，确保墙面整体效果。3、墙面批腻子施工：用外墙专用腻子对墙面进行批刮，首先对局部不平整的墙面进行施工，后对整体墙面进行批刮，并用砂纸打磨，直至墙面平整为止。4、抗碱封闭底涂施工：待上述工作完成后，采用底涂进行施工，防止漏刷，增强墙体与面涂的粘合强度及防水功能，底漆用量约0.1-0.15Kg/m2。 5、主涂层真石漆施工：待底涂干燥后（25/12小时），采用进行喷涂施工。施工采用专用喷枪进行喷涂施工，调节枪头孔径及气流，喷出所需效果即可。其用量为5-6Kg/m2。6、勾缝修整施工：在施工结束后，对不良的墙面及时修整，对分割线进行勾缝，勾缝要求匀直，确保墙面整体美观。7、透明照光油施工：待上述工作全部结束后，采用专用罩面油进行施工，可用辊筒在真石漆表面均匀的涂布即可，提高整体墙面的抗污自洁能力及抗水功能，增强整体效果。8、清理场地，避免污染墙面。 We will continue to improve the companys internal control system, and steady improvement in ability to manage and control, optimize business processes, to ensure smooth processes, responsibilities in place; to further strengthen internal controls, play a control post independent oversight role of evaluation complying with third-party responsibility; to actively make use of internal audit tools detect potential management, streamline, standardize related transactions, strengthening operations in accordance with law.
