Clean the dust with air pressure gun. 注意事项 Precautions 打开气源开关，气动装置放水，润滑工件。 2. Turn on switches for air system, let out water,lubricate workpieces. 设定温度须符合防火板的材质。 1.The temperature shall proper to the property of the fireproof boards. 程序选择必须正确。 2.Procedures shall be rightly selected. 喷胶水必须到位、均匀。 3.Glue shall be sprayed evenly. 清洗加热板不能用尖利物品，注意轻拿轻放。 4.Do not use sharp article to clean the heating board,treat them gently. 放板加工时必须与模板完全吻合。 5.Size of board shall match that of the mold when processing. 打开主机开关，加温、检查各仪表及程序观察参数。 3. Turn on switch for main engine to heat it, check every instrument panel and the data they show. 操 作 Operation 对加工部件进行检查、除尘。 1. Check each workpiece and clean dust. 根据材料的性能选择温度。 2.Set proper temperature according to the properties of the wood materials. 根据加工部件的造型，选择编制最佳程序。 3. Choose the proper programming according to the type of the workpieces. 对加工部件进行涂胶，根据材料的性能、温度的设置及加工时间，选择适宜的涂胶量。 4.Glue the workpieces, apply proper amount of glue according to the property of the wood material, temperature setting and processing time. 加工首件产品后进行自检，确认品质无异常现象后批量生产。 5.Mass production shall be started after the first workpiece is confirmed to be acceptable. 对加工产品进行涂胶清理，保持部件的清洁，堆放整齐。 6.Glue the processed product, keep the workpieces clean and pile them orderly. 开加完毕，关气、切断主机电源，进行检测保养。 7.Turn off the air, cut the main power after finish the process,check and maintain the machines. 工序品质 标 准 Process Quality Standards 内 容 Content 仪器、方法 Equipment and Methods 鸭嘴成型面不允许屈裂、泛色、起泡、凹凸、无胶、脱胶、气泡、贴不死现象等。 1.Conditions like crack,flimcolor,bubble,unevenness,degumming shall be avoided on the surface of the completed compressed boards. 目视 Visual Observation 板面不得有划伤、压痕、碰伤、色斑等。 2. There shall be no scratches, or imprint, or damage,or stains. 目视/手感
