????? ????????可能是年纪大了,越来越不喜欢油腻的食物,前阵子家里有事在饭馆吃得相对多了些,每次都觉得吃得不舒服,感觉饭馆的菜太厚重,即使是素菜也都是裹了厚厚的一层油,虽然菜品出来很漂亮但吃多了真的对人身体不太好,所以有空的话还是多吃些住家菜吧。 ???????? 牛肉、胡萝卜、芫茜也叫香菜,这三样真的很配,我特喜欢吃香菜的味道,但香菜一定不能炒的时间过长,炒这个菜时最后放入香菜时即关火,用余温煸软就好。牛肉一定要嫩嫩的,如果不怕麻烦,牛肉炒至变色后也可以先盛出来,到胡萝卜炒好后再入牛肉丝稍炒,调盐加入香菜就好了。总之这是一道快手菜,不宜久炒,旺火煸炒最好。 材料: 牛肉丝200克(买现成的),香菜100克,胡萝卜100克,蒜两瓣,盐、胡椒粉、玉米淀粉、料酒。 做法: 1.牛肉丝放入少许胡椒粉、玉米淀粉和料酒抓匀,腌制十分钟备用; 2.香菜、胡萝卜洗净,香菜切寸段,胡萝卜切丝,蒜切碎备用; 3.炒锅注油,放入蒜碎爆香,下牛肉丝快速炒至变色; 4.下胡萝卜丝炒匀,调入盐,最后下香菜段关火,用余温将香菜煸炒均匀即可出锅。 ?
