Qualification Requirements： First-class graduates with master degree, major in Automotive, Mechanical, Automation, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, etc. With at least 6 months practical experience, excellent in English or German Willingness for shop floor practice in metal processing for 6 - 12months Fit for Schaeffler culture and competencies Can-do-attitude, Down-to-earth, Problem solver 工艺工程师 Process Engineer（太仓/银川） Job Responsibilities： Technology support for Washing, Packaging, Grinding, Heat Treatment, Assembling Process Handle technology related problems for production departments Act as contact person for executives and employees for technology improvements Initiate projects to improve or optimize the processes in the INA group companies Maintain improvement process continuously Define tool material and related heat treatment Qualification Requirements: -College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related subject -Good knowledge of CNC Grinding machine operation -Good command of spoken and written
