养血清脑颗粒联合氟桂利嗪治疗老年慢性脑供血不足临床研究 [摘要] 目的 探讨养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗老年慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效。 方法 将整群选取的2013年3月―2015年1月该院收治的86例老年慢性脑供血不足患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各43例，对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，观察组同时加用养血清脑颗粒口服，两组疗程均为30 d，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后MMSE、ADL评分及不良反应发生情况。 结果 观察组临床控制、显效、总有效率均优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；治疗后两组MMSE、ADL评分均较治疗前改善，观察组明显优于对照组（P 0.05）。 结论 养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗老年慢性脑供血不足可有效改善临床症状，提高认知及日常生活能力。 [关键词] 慢性脑供血不足；养血清脑颗粒；盐酸氟桂利嗪；疗效 [中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）09（c）-0099-02 [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of yangxue qingnao granule （YXQNG） combined flunarizine hydrochloride on senile chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency. Methods Randomly divided the 86 senile patients from 2013 March to 2015 January with chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency into observation group and control group by random number table， for each group with 43 patients. To the patients in control group treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule and to the patients in observation group plus YXQNG， all of the courses of the treatment were 30 days. The clinical effects， MMSE and ADL scores before and after the treatment and the untoward effect occurrence of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results The clinical controlling， effect and total effective rate of the patients in observation group were superior to that of the patients in control group， there was a significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）. The MMSE and ADL scores of the patients in the two groups were all improved after the treatment， the improve degree of the patients in observation group was obviously superior to that of the patients in control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion YXQNG combined flunarizine hydrochloride capsule to treat the senile chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency can improve the clinical symptoms effectively； enhance the patients’ cognition degree and activity of daily living.
