玻璃酸钠注射联合红外线理疗治疗腰椎棘突炎患者的疗效及其对腰椎疼痛的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨玻璃酸钠注射联合红外线理疗治疗腰椎棘突炎患者的疗效及其对腰椎疼痛的影响。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年8月在本院接受治疗的腰椎棘突炎患者186例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者均分为两组，观察组采用玻璃酸钠注射联合红外线理疗治疗，对照组则单独采用玻璃酸钠注射治疗。比较两组治疗前后的腰椎疼痛程度及功能评分变化。结果：治疗后，两组腰椎疼痛VAS评分低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：玻璃酸钠注射联合红外线理疗治疗腰椎棘突炎患者疗效显著，较单纯玻璃酸钠注射有更为明显的减痛作用，值得临床作进一步研究。 　　【关键词】 玻璃酸钠注射； 红外线理疗； 腰椎棘突炎； 腰椎疼痛 　　Efficacy and Impact on Lumbar Pain of Injecting of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Infrared Physiotherapy in Patients with Lumbar Spine Inflammation/HUANG Zhi-feng，LI Qi-fu，LEI Yu-fei.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：023-026 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the efficacy and impact on lumbar pain of injecting of sodium hyaluronate combined with infrared physiotherapy in patients with lumbar spine inflammation.Method：186 cases of patients with lumbar spine inflammation in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 93 cases in each group.The observation group received injection of sodium hyaluronate and infrared physiotherapy，and the control group received sodium hyaluronate injection alone.The degree of lumbar pain and the changes of function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result：After treatment，the VAS scores of lumbar pain of the two groups were lower than before treatment，and the VAS score of lumbar pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with infrared physiotherapy treatment in patients with lumbar spine is more effective，it has more obvious pain relief effect compared with the simple injection of sodium hyaluronate，it is worthy of further study in clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Injection of sodium hyaluronate； Infrared therapy； Lumbar spine inflammation； Lumbar pain 　　First author’s address：Gaobu Hospital of Dongguan City，Dong
