甲状腺腺叶切除术和甲状腺次全切除术治疗甲状腺结节的优劣差异 　　[摘要] 目的 比较甲状腺腺叶切除术与甲状腺次全切除术治疗甲状腺结节的效果。 方法 选取2013年6月～2015年6月在本院就诊的96例甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，各48例。对照组采用甲状腺次全切除术，实验组采用甲状腺腺叶切除术，比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症发生率。 结果 实验组的术中出血量显著少于对照组，住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组的并发症发生率为14.58%，显著低于对照组的54.17%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺结节的效果优于甲状腺次全切除术，创伤小，并发症发生率低，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 甲状腺次全切除术；甲状腺叶切除术；甲状腺结节；并发症；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R581.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（b）-0047-03 　　Difference of the advantage and disadvantage between total thyroid lobectomy and subtotal thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodule 　　LIU Hui-bin 　　Department of Surgery，Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jishui County in Jiangxi Province，Jishui 331600，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the effect between total thyroid lobectomy and subtotal thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodule. Methods 96 patients with thyroid nodule in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group，48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with subtotal thyroidectomy，the study group was treated with total thyroid lobectomy.The operation time，the amount of bleeding during operation，hospitalization time and the incidence rate of complication after operation was compared between the two groups reapectively. Results The amount of bleeding during operation in the study group was less than that in the control group，the hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in the study group was 14.58%，which was lower than 54.17% in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of thyroid gland lobectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodule is better than that of subtotal thyroidectomy，with small incision and low incidence rate of complication，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Subtot
