环乳晕微切口与传统手术切除治疗男性乳腺发育症的临床效果比较 　　[摘要] 目的 分析环乳晕微切口与传统手术切除治疗男性乳腺发育症的临床疗效。 方法 选取我院2013年1月～2015年1月收治的男性乳房发育症患者共78例，按照入院时间顺序随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者接受传统开放手术切除治疗；观察组接受环乳晕微切口切除治疗。比较两组患者手术临床疗效、切口瘢痕长度、切口愈合时间、Kolcaba舒适度评分。 结果 观察组患者术后3个月痊愈率为80.0%，明显高于对照组的53.3%（P0.05）。观察组患者切口瘢痕长度与切口愈合时间为（0.78±0.33）cm、（6.37±3.56）d，均明显短于对照组（P0.05）。观察组Kolcaba舒适度评分为（4.98±1.12）分，明显高于对照组的（3.01±1.32）分（P0.05）。 结论 环乳晕微切口治疗男性乳腺发育症有较好的临床疗效，利于患者术后尽快恢复，提高患者生活质量，无明显不良反应，值得临床治疗借鉴。 　　[关键词] 环乳晕微切口；传统手术切除；男性乳腺发育症；对比分析 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（b）-0029-03 　　The comparative study of clinical efficacy of treatment of gynecomastia with micro ring areola incision and traditional operation 　　XU Yan-dong LI Bin▲ LI Jian-quan 　　Department of General Surgery，the Second People′s Hospital of Renqiu City in Hebei Province，Renqiu 062550，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of the treatment of gynecomastia with micro ring areola incision and traditional operation. Methods 78 patients with breast development in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission.The control group received traditional open resection operation，the observation group received the areola micro incision treatment.Clinical efficacy，wound healing time，wound healing time，Kolcaba comfort score between two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 80.0%，which was significantly higher than 53.3% in the control group（P0.05）.In the observation group，the incision scar length and wound healing time and of the patients were（0.78±0.33） cm，（6.37±3.56） d，which was significantly shorter than that in the control group respectively（P0.05）.The comfort score of the observation group was（4.98±1.12） points，which was significantly higher than that in the control group′s Kolcaba score （3.01±1.32） points （P0.05）.
