肱骨外科颈骨折手术使用交锁髓内钉的临床护理和观察 　　【摘要】 目的：分析肱骨外科颈骨折手术使用交锁髓内钉的临床护理效果。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2014年8月收治的肱骨外科颈骨折行交锁髓内钉手术患者40例作为研究对象，按入院编号随机平均分为试验组和对照组，每组20例。试验组患者给予临床综合性护理，对照组患者给予临床基础性护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：试验组关节恢复优良率（90.0%）、护理满意率（95.0%）、并发症发生率（5.0%）均优于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：肱骨外科颈骨折患者行交锁髓内钉手术期间实施临床综合性护理干预安全、可靠，可提高患者关节功能优良率，改善生活现状，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】 肱骨外科颈骨折； 交锁髓内钉； 临床护理 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical nursing effects of application of interlocking intramedullary screw in operation for fracture of surgical neck of the humerus.Method：40 patients who underwent operation for fracture of surgical neck of the humerus with interlocking intramedullary screw in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the research objects，and the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group was given comprehensive clinical nursing while the control group was given basic clinical nursing，the nursing effects were compared.Result：In the experimental group，the excellent rate of joint recovery （90.0%），the rate of nursing satisfaction （95.0%） and the incidence of complications（5.0%） were significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：It is safe and reliable to implement comprehensive clinical nursing during operation for fracture of surgical neck of the humerus with interlocking intramedullary screw.It can improve the patients’ good rate of joint function recovery and their state of life，being worthy of promotion. 　　【Key words】 Fracture of surgical neck of the humerus； Interlocking intramedullary screw； Clinical nursing 　　First-author’s address：Baoan District Fuyong People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City， Shenzhen 518103， China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.07.023 　　肱骨外科颈骨折为临床常见骨折性疾病，多发于老年人。以肢体肿胀、疼痛、患者关节活动性能降低为疾病主要特征[1]。目前，临床均借助常规固定术治疗，然而因术后创伤大、愈合缓慢等因素致使治疗效果并不明显。近年来，伴随着临床医学对骨折疾病的研究及微创手术的发展，交锁髓内钉手术问世，虽治疗效果明显，但仍存在关节功能障碍
