We should see that E-commerce in the city is becoming more and more competitive along with the development of e-commerce .On the other hand, the e-commerce of vast rural areas is not well known, and the market demand of rural areas is very larger .Farmers to buy things from the Internet has been facing a lot of problems not to mention farmers open online store selling their own things. The proposals of NPC and CPPCC point that the development of rural e-commerce should be regard as a key content. It can be predicted that rural commerce will become an important way of rural information technology and development of the rural economy In this day and age which the rural information infrastructure are improving This article mainly discussed the motivation and constraints of the road of e-commerce development in rural areas combined with the actual situation in City of Xintai, in two aspects of bringing in and going out.
