RETAINING CONTRACT 服务合同 Contract Number: 合同号 The Parties 缔约方 This Retaining Contract (Contract) dated on the February 28, 2009, in Chongqing, People’s Republic of China as of is entered into by and between: 本服务合同（以下简称合同）于2009年2月28日在中华人民共和国重庆市由以下双方订立： Chongqing Huansong Industrial (Group) Co. Ltd.
