中医治疗高血压合并Ⅱ型糖尿病可行性及价值探析 　　摘要：目的：探讨常规治疗基础之上以中医辨证方法治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法：选取我院于2013年11月至2014年11月期间收治的104例患者采用常规治疗基础之上的中医辨证治疗，对治疗效果做以评价。结果：治疗后所有患者收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖，较治疗前均有降低，且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用中医辨证治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病疗效显著，值得在临床上推广。 　　关键词：中医；辩证；高血压；2型糖尿病 　　Abstract ： objective： to study the method based on regular treatment with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
