痰热清注射液结合头孢菌素治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探究痰热清注射液与头孢菌素类药物联合医治老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗效果。方法 随机抽取2012年3月―2013年4月收治的76例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病病患，将其分为研究组和对比组，平均每组38例，对比组进行低流量吸氧，通过使用第三代头孢菌素，以2.0 g头孢哌酮+100 mL生理盐水进行静脉滴注，1次/d；研究组在对比组基础上采取痰热清注射液20 mL+5%，250 mL葡萄糖溶液和头孢哌酮联合使用对病患实施静脉滴注，比较两组病患的临床治疗效果和恢复程度，对于痰热清注射液和头孢菌素类药物结合治疗老年慢性阻塞性疾病的效果展开分析判定。结果 通过治疗，研究组的总有效率为92.11%，对比组的总有效率为78.95%，两组病患慢性阻塞性肺疾病症状有明显改善，研究组病患的恢复程度显著优于对比组，两组间对比差异具备统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 痰热清注射液和头孢菌素类药物结合使用对于老年慢性阻塞性疾病的治疗有良好效果，值得应用于临床治疗。 　　[关键词] 痰热清注射液；头孢菌素；老年慢性阻塞性肺病；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R59 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）04（c）-0089-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effects of tanreqing combined with cephalosporin in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Randomly March 2012 - April 2013 were treated 76 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， which is divided into study group and control group， n = 38 cases on average， compared to groups of low-flow oxygen， use of antimicrobial drugs， by using the third-generation cephalosporins， with 2.0g cefoperazone + 00 mL normal saline intravenously once daily； Study Groups tanreqing 20 mL + 5% in the control group on the basis of 250 mL glucose solution and implementation cefo perazone combined use of intravenous infusion in patients， clinical outcomes and the degree of recovery between the two groups of patients， and for tanreqing and cephalosporins combined treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to analyze the effect of judgment.
