羊膜代阴道成形术临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析羊膜代阴道成形术的临床治疗效果，得出其临床治疗意义。方法 整群选取该院2011年3月―2013年8月该院收治的先天性无阴道患者48例，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用羊膜代阴道成形术治疗，对照组采用外阴皮瓣移植法，评估两组患者术后结果，观察术后阴道恢复情况。 结果 两组患者手术均成功，其中采用羊膜代阴道成形术手术时间为（102±22.6）min，阴道术中出血（82±12.6）mL，阴道长度（10.2±0.15）。而采用外阴皮瓣移植法手术的患者手术时间为（154±25.6），阴道术中出血（102±12.6）mL，阴道长度（6.2±0.25）。实验组患者的手术时间和术中出血量明显少于对照组，且实验组的阴道长度和宽度明显大于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 羊膜代阴道成形术具有创伤小、手术时间短、术中出血量少的优势，且术中不会伤害肠道黏膜和膀胱粘膜，不破坏阴道形态，对于治疗先天性无阴道疾病具有显著疗效。 　　[关键词] 羊膜代阴道成形术；先天性无阴道；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）04（c）-0085-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effects of amniotic membrane for vaginoplasty， and its clinical significance. Methods 16 patients with congenital no vagina in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2013， will be randomly divided into experimental group and control group， experimental group treated by amniotic membrane generation of vaginoplasty， control group adopts the vulvar skin flap grafting， evaluate the results of two groups of patients， observe the postoperative vaginal recovery. Results Two groups of patients are performed successfully， which adopts the amniotic vaginoplasty operation time for （102±22.6） min， intraoperative bleeding in the vagina （82±12.6） mL， vaginal length （10.2±0.15）. In patients with vulvar skin flap grafting surgery operating time for （154±25.6） min， intraoperative bleeding in the vagina （102±12.6） mL， vaginal length （6.2±0.25）. Experimental operation time and intraoperative blood loss in patients with significantly less than the control group， and the vaginal length and width of the experimental group significantly greater than the control group， the difference between groups was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Amniotic membrane generation of vaginoplasty with small trauma， shorter operation time， intraoperative blood loss less advantage， and wont hurt in the intestinal mucosa and bladder mucosa， does not destroy the vagina form， for the treatment of congenital vagina
