老年性痴呆患者脑功能和脑内神经递质变化的脑电超慢波涨落图分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨老年性痴呆患者（Alzheimer’s disease， AD）脑功能和脑内神经递质变化特点及意义。方法：在齐齐哈尔城区选取经过临床确诊的老年痴呆患者（AD）19例作为病例组，按同社区、同性别、同年龄段（±3岁）、同文化程度作为匹配条件，选择健康对照19例，利用脑电超慢涨落图（Encephal of Lutuograph Technology， ET）技术检测病例组和对照组脑功能和脑内神经递质水平并进行比较，分析AD患者脑功能和脑内神经递质变化的特点。结果：与对照组相比，病例组的脑功能优势涨落平均功率空间的前后功率梯度逆转数明显高于对照组（P0.01）；病例组脑内γ-氨基丁酸（GABA）、谷氨酸（Glu）和乙酰胆碱（Ach）3种神经递质显著降低（P0.05）；5-羟色胺（5-HT）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）、多巴胺（DA）3种神经递质与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：AD患者脑功率的逆转率高于对照组，AD患者脑内神经递质存在GABA、Glu、Ach降低的变化。脑电超慢涨落图（ET）可检测脑功能和脑内神经递质水平，为AD的诊断提供参考。 　　【关键词】 老年性痴呆； 脑功能； 脑电超慢波涨落图技术； 脑神经递质 　　The Analysis of the Encephal of Lutuograph Technology about the Brain Function and Brain Neurotransmitter Changes in Alzheimer’s Disease/SUN Zheng-hai， ZHAO Yu-huan， WANG Wen-lin， et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（10）：062-064 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the characteristic and significance of the brain function and the brain neurotransmitter changes in Alzheimer’s disease.Method：19 patients with clinically diagnosed AD were selected from the city proper of Qiqihar as the case group.According to the same community， sex， age （±3 years）， and the educational level， 19 healthy elderly were selected as control group.To use the Encephal of lutuograph technology to test the brain function and the levels of their brain neurotransmitter， compare and analyze the brain function and the characteristic of the brain neurotransmitter changes in Alzheimer’s disease.Result：The anterior-posterior reversal rates of dominant power in encephal of lutuograph were higher in the case group than those of the control group （P0.01）.Compared with the control group， three neurotransmitters of the γ-GABA， Glu， and Ach in the case group were significantly lower （P0.05）.Comparison of three neurotransmitters of the 5-HT， NE， and the DA in the case group and the control group， the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion：AD Brain power reversal rates are higher in Alzheimer’s disease than the case group.The brai
