来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床效果。 方法 选择2012年1月～2014年6月来本院就诊的多囊卵巢综合征不孕妇女295例，随机分为3组，观察组101例采用来曲唑联合地屈孕酮治疗，对照组A 96例采用克罗米芬治疗，对照组B 98例采用来曲唑治疗。观察3组的排卵及受孕情况。 结果 观察组及对照组B成熟卵泡发育率、单个成熟卵泡发育率、排卵率、HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组A，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组妊娠率显著高于对照组A及对照组B，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组及对照组B的卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）、黄素化未破裂卵泡综合征（LUFS）发生率均低于对照组A，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 来曲唑联合地屈孕酮对多囊卵巢综合征不孕妇女促排卵治疗安全有效，妊娠率高，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 来曲唑；地屈孕酮；多囊卵巢综合征；不孕 　　[中图分类号] R711.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）01（b）-0106-04 　　The clinical effect of letrozole combined with dydrogesterone in treatment of infertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome 　　YANG Lin SHAO Jun-hui▲ DING Jiao 　　Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province，Xinyu 338025，China 　　[Abstract] Objectives To explore the clinical effect of letrozole combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of infertility in women with polycystic ovary syndromen（PCOS）. Methods 295 infertility patients with PCOS treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were selected，and were divided into 3 groups randomly，the observation group （101 cases） were taken with letrozole and dydrogesterone，control group A （96 cases） were only taken with clomiphene，control group B （98 cases） were only taken with letrozole.The effect of ovulation induction and clinical pregnancy rate of the 3 groups was compared and analyzed. Results The observation group and control group B had better effect than that of control group A in mature follicle growth rate，a single mature follicle growth rate，ovulation rate and endometrial thickness at HCG injection day （P0.05）；the clinical pregnancy rate in observation group was higher than that in control group A and control group B （P0.05）.The incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （OHSS） and luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome （LUFS） in observation group and control group B was lower than that in control group A，the difference was significant （P0.05）.
