超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石治疗复杂性肾结石患者的围术期护理分析 【摘要】目的：探讨超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石治疗复发性肾结石患者在围术期实施医护一体化护理模式的临床价值。方法：根据入院先后顺序，将130例在超声引导下行经皮肾镜碎石取石术的复杂性肾结石患者分为常规护理组（对照组，n=60）和医护一体化护理组（研究组，n=70），比较两组患者的手术情况、并发症情况等。结果：研究组患者的住院时间、导尿管拔管时间、肾造瘘管拔管时间、下床时间均明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组，术后并发症发生率和不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组，P0.05；研究组患者对护理工作的总满意率为92.86%，对照组为81.67%，组间比较有显著性差异，P0.05。结论：复杂性肾结石患者在行经皮肾镜碎石术的围术期实施医护一体化护理，能够有效减少术后相关并发症的发生，加快患者康复进程。 【关键词】复杂性肾结石；经皮肾镜碎石取石术；医护一体化；护理 Analysis of perioperative care ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy treatment of patients with complex renal calculi Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy treatment of complex renal calculi patients used doctors and nurses integration nursing model in perioperative period. Methods: According to the order of admission, 130 cases of complex renal calculi patients treatment of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy were divided into routine care group (control group, n=60) and the doctors and nurses integration care group (study group, n=70), compared the surgery situation , complications situation and so on. Results: The hospital stay, catheter extubation time, nephrostomy extubation time and bed time of study group were significantly shorter than the control group, the blood loss was significantly less than the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications and adverse events were significantly lower, P 0.05; the care overall satisfaction rate of study group was 92.86%, the control group was 81.67%, there was significant difference between two groups, P 0.05. Conclusion: The complex renal calculi patients’ treatment of ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy use doctors and nurses integration nursing model in perioperative period can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, accelerate the recovery process of patients.
