2014——2015学年度上学期 水寨二中工作总结 本学期以来,我校在政府教育的正确领导下，认真贯彻执行党的基本路线和教育方针，坚持教学为中心的工作思，以提高学生的全面素质为宗旨，全面实施素质教育教育教学质量、、加强师德师风建设 、班主任队伍管理?班主任工作会议，布置每月的工作重点和主题教育活动，探讨学校德育工作的方法，及时反馈、处理班级中发现的问题不断完善班主任岗位职责，加强班主任工作的过程化管理，并把班主任工作的实绩作为晋升、评优的重要依据。 五、存在的问题 1、 学校经费不足，在改善办学条件方面存在很大困难，学生住宿紧张、学校操场有待硬化等制约了教育教学工作的开展。 2、在培养和教育学生的过程当中，还存在一些不科学的方法和手段，必须认真思考、寻找差距，查清原由所在，转变思想观念，改进工作方法，提高学生的整体素质。 今后的工作中，我校还须解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进、不断创新，进一步加强师资队伍建设，加强教师的培训与学习，促进教师专业成长，激励全校教师不断更新教育教学理念，学习先进的教学方法，团结一心、踏实工作，全面提高教育教学质量，促进学校各方面工作可持续发展，办人民满意的教育。 2015年2月6日 position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
