Abstract

The current real estate enterprise financing channel more for: the bank credit, enterprise listed financing, financing, the real estate investment fund letter, offshore financing, etc. The target of innovation is to realize the financing of diversification, indirect financing ways and direct financing integration and length of capital complementary. The content of the innovation is, in diversified financing channel, in addition to the traditional bank credit outside, other and enterprise listing, real estate trusts, real estate investment funds and financing, such as DuoZhong outside financing channel.
