毕 业 设 计(论文) 衡水粮食机械厂模具车间厂房设计 系 别 建筑工程系 专业班级 土木工程专业10K3班 学生姓名 于洪洋 指导老师 周杰 二〇一四年六月衡水市粮食机械厂模具车间厂房设计 摘要 本次毕业设计的设计题目为衡水粮食机械厂成品库房厂房设计，包括建筑、结构两方面的设计，厂房跨数为双跨。结构形式采用钢结构，建筑平面设计中充分考虑了工业建筑的功能分区及各种功能房间之间的联系，房间的布置尽量满足其功能的需要。 单层厂房具有形成高大的使用空间，容易满足生产工艺流程要求，内部交通运输组织方便，有利于较重生产设备和产品放置，可实现厂房建筑构配件生产工业化以及现场施工机械化等特点。因此，单层厂房在冶金、机械制造、电机制造、化工以及纺织等工业建筑中得到广泛的应用。The title of this graduation design is Hengshui Food Machinery Factory Finished Product Warehouse Workshop Design, including the design of architecture and structure .The total architectural area of this building，which is seven floored, is 1m2, and the height is 7.2m. The structure system is frame structure of concrete cast in site, using lateral and longitudinal frame jointly to carry the loads. In order to reduce the dead weight of the structure, the partition wall is made of lightweight concrete masonry unit．During the design of the architectural plan, the functional zoning partition and the connection between different zoning are taken into special consideration, and the layout of the rooms is elaborately designed to satisfy its functional requirement． Single-layer workshop has formed tall the use of space, easy to meet the requirement of production process, and internal transportation organization is convenient, is advantageous to the heavy equipment, and product placement, can realize industrialization of building components production and field construction mechanization etc. . Thus, single-layer workshop in metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, electrical manufacturing, chemical industry and has been widely used in textile and other industrial architecture .
