前言： 该指导说明是个人制作，其中参照了国税相关的资料。如有不同，请以国税的要求为准。 2014年度企业所得税电子申报系统V4.0软件已正式启用，网上办税系统采取导入传输数据包的方式实现网上申报功能。现将有关操作说明如下： 1.纳税人登陆网上办税系统 /hbgs/tax/gov 在【办税指南】—【下载中心】下载“所得税电子申报系统V4.0软件” ，并按照操作说明安装。（下图） 2.在网上办税系统中进入【纳税申报】模块，选择“所属时期”为“2014年年报”后，进入所得税年报申报页面。（下图） 3.纳税人在所得税年报申报页面下载“下载基础文件” （下图） 下载文件样式为： 4.进入所得税电子申报系统V4.0软件中（下图） 点击“纳税人信息”在弹出窗口下选择“新增纳税人” （下图） 选择“税款所属时间”在弹出窗口下点击“新增申报期” （下图） 在“税款所属期设置”里选择对应类别后保存（下图） 在“基本信息里”选择“企业基础信息表” （下图） 在“企业信息表”的右上角点击“导入”，把从在网上办税系统中导出的文件导入进来后，即可正式开始填写年报了。（下图） 申报完成后进行审核打包生成年度报表、财务报表、关联企业报表的三个数据打包文件（下图） 5.纳税人将产生的的数据打包文件，通过网上办税系统，在所得税年报申报列表界面，选择相应的报表，点击【创建】，导入对应的数据包后完成申报。?（下图） ?
